I disagree with you on both of those counts, if we registered our party we would not be able to operate like we do now. whatever benifits that might come being government sanctioned will pale to the restrictions imposed on us and ultimately kill the party long run.

Registering a party is not expensive or difficult anyone can do it, there are hundreds of so called 'parties', because a party is registered does not make it any more of a party. The reason for not registering is pracitical it does not make sense to register a party when there are no upcoming elections.

I do not see how that can be because the context is irrelevent. It is a fairly given that such people or any family members are kept out of politics, and if they do know they themselves do not wish to be involved or for it to affect them. Now my present situation is different now, the politics helps but i am sure you of all people must now that getting your own people to do something at the best of times is hard enough.
