  • DEATH TO CATHERINE ASHTON!!!

  • @silverspurs84 Ahh the great Human race :) You represent us nicely.

  • As a EU citizen I believe EU shouldn´t intervene we should only bomb Gaddaffi, and give weapons and instructors to the rebels.

    I

  • @ViriathusVingathor I agree. But as the situation is what it is, we can get Gaddaffi killed quicker if we focus in helping the local people. Besides, the common moral tells that we should at least provide protection to the humanitarian aid transportation.

Gaddaffi forces are hiding in cities. If we bomb them, we bomb civilians. EU shouldn't do that but rather take Tripoli street by street in ground forces operation.

  • Send the Troops and hope they come back in Body Bags.

  • Ashton is a passionate advocate of democracy. Maybe because she has never, in her entire life, been elected by the public? Get your bags packed and go take these people out personally you war mongering little fuck.

  • Napoleon Sarkozy and Duke of Wellington Cameron should have their vain heads examined !

    STAY OUT YOU FOOLS !

  • I'm digusted by how the EU are just doing this for the petrol. Look how many countries have problems similar to these, but I see no help for them... Why are the UN making choices for Libya anyways? What right do they have to do so?

  • I'm digusted by how the EU are just doing this for the petrol. Look how many countries have problems similar to these, but I see no help for them...

  • dont require ocha's request.

  • tell gaddafi and rebels, to both agree to retreat from eachother, to allow safe passage for food, water, medical, and evacuation access to misurata from sea and road.

no fighting people soley based on because they are foreign. no shooting people, that are carrying a gun, but is not pointing/shooting/useing it at anyone.

  • Comment removed

  • Tell (RECENTLY OR CURRENTLY WARRING/FIGHTING/SHOOTING, HEAVILY ARMED GADDAFI FORCE CURRENTLY IN MISURATA) - Dont shoot at, and stop all attacks and threats of attacks agianst people that are not physcially abuseing, pointing/useing/shooting weapons at people.

  • Send manned or unmanned vehical or long range launcher to send dialog enableing device/note. send LRAD within 3000 meters of armed gaddafi in misurata, if someone will get within 3000meters of armed gaddafi force. Light note in sky. blimp(can be seen 3miles away(4823meters)can you launch phones in missil launchers?someway to send a verbal messege/dialog device from a distance.

  • Send dialog enableing device/note, hq video camrea, to put on gaddafi force combatant forehead, to RECENTLY OR CURRENTLY WARRING/FIGHTING/SHOOTING, HEAVILY ARMED GADDAFI FORCE CURRENTLY IN MISURATA. i want to see a verbal messege from armed gaddafi forces in misurata now. drop it from plane. or send on ship.

  • Can eufor libya provide the bigger ship(prefered a big fast ship) to evacuate 5000 from misurata, NOW, or at least faster than 1fortnight=14days? If so, send eufor libya now. How long will it take eufor libya to evacuate 5000people from misurata?

  • "We would like a bigger ship, but it's not going to be possible to get one at the moment," she said. “The British-funded sea evacuation of trapped migrant workers and wounded from the besieged town of Misurata will take at least a fortnight leaving thousands in danger of heavy shelling from Gaddafi forces, officials said. (1fortnight= 14 days)

  • “Rebels and residents of Misurata, facing an increasingly desperate humanitarian situation and regular bombardment by government forces, have been appealing for more than a week for NATO to send in ground troops to protect humanitarian relief deliveries through the port."

  • Gaddafi is a SAINT compared to the US killing machine.

  • The Europeans have done enough harm by corrupting the revolution by its ridiculous military intervention.

    STAY OUT !

  • Blairite unelected stooge

  • the interviewer is kinda a douche

  • @fossilfern either you are from eastern europe or you are living in wonderland

  • Where is the Arab or African League? WHy EU? This looks like another western military invasion of Arab and muslim land. This will just create more terrorism and instability. The West has been screwing up that part of the Africa/Middle East for 100 years. It's about time Arabs and Africans take control of their own land.

  • @AccordGTR OIL,OIL is the answer.......

  • @99cacahuate Do the UN ask for military intervention because of oil???

  • @playgrrrr oil corporations owns the goverments world wide and when they don't own it yet, they invade it....

  • @99cacahuate yes your right. its all about oil again. And the americans using their allies as puppets to do their bidding for them. and lets face it this time they started it off and then sit in the back ground. this way they can blame every body else if it goes wrong. invading other counties does not work. the trouble is if they dont like someone or someone stands up to them they dont like it. the end product is more people die this way and no one wins.look back on history

  • @Christopher1843 here in U.S goverment are closing schools cuz they said there is no money for education... but THEY WILL LAUNCH $1 MILLION MISSILES ALL OVER THER WORLD, wow, people here in the states are so brainwashed that they are still believe that U.S army is fighting for their freedom, what a shame....

  • @99cacahuate of course

  • "This looks like another western military invasion of Arab and muslim land."

Until millions of Muslims stop colonizing the Western countries and stay away from them, why should we stay away from Muslim countries? Seriously, I get pissed off when Muslims claim their countries are sacred while they can flood our borders and demand citizenship and social care, like they've done for decades, already.

  • @MajorFauxPas

no muslim country has sent invading troops to western countries in the last hundred years. you're a fool.

  • @phooey108

No, tens of millions of muslims have immigrated here. Yet, these countries claim Westerners can't get involved in their countries at all. Nothing but hypocrisy.

  • @MajorFauxPas

they're opposed to western military troops "getting involved"

  • @phooey108

Conveniently, the rebels, aren't. Now the Arab League can get it both ways, if grounds troops are deployed and things go well, the rebels can be praised. If things go bad, the West can be blamed for everything (again).

  • @MajorFauxPas what you talkin about? Western countries are open to all legal forms of immigration, not just Muslims. Without immigration, Western economies would collapse because most local westerners are too dumb or too lazy to do a good job of anything! Also, you seem to forget that before Muslims immigrated to the West, Western armies conquered, annexed Muslim territory, "creating" Libya, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, you-name-it. Study your history better, man.

  • The words that are coming out of your mouth are exactly what the nazis said 75 yrs ago. Jews were a migration problem to Germany (but also coincidentally EUROPE). So what had to happen: They had to die. Fact is you can't stop migration, it's a natural process. Just like the spread of flying seeds of a dandelion.

I'm beginning to realise that nazis are actually inbred.

  • @Utiuaaa

We won't stay away from Muslim nations, no way, no how. You'll just have to live with it, just like we have to live with Muslim immigrants coming here in their tens of millions.

  • @MajorFauxPas Clearly anti-semitic you are. You trying to work out a final solution then if those 2 things don't work out for you?

  • @Utiuaaa

The fact that you invoked Godwin's Law of Nazi Analogies shows you clearly have no arguments to bring to the discussion. You've already lost it.

  • @AccordGTR It's not an invasion. The Arab league supports the military actions against Gaddafi and the African Union is apparently impotent.

  • @MarshalltheArtist

The Arab League wanted the intervention right until the day after it came, then they suddenly didn't want it and feared "Western imperialism" for a couple of days just to placate certain segments of their populace. It's quite hilarious to watch these regimes try their balancing act of appeasing radical isolationists while at the same time begging us to help.

  • @AccordGTR, LMAO! IYD = IN YOUR DREAMS. :D

  • this is an unelected muppet. ... the EU hypocracy is unbelievable.... they are enforcing principles of democracy in Libya while disregarding them at home.... Damn this EU i sadly form part of

  • @qortin Good day, what do you mean by EU desregarding democ. inside EU?

  • @shakyl008 ok let me give you 2 examples - if you are european to start with, you should know about the lisbon treaty ... how it has been passed against the wishes of 3 democratic referendums a treaty that itself should have been thrown into the dustbin of history it is a treaty stripping nations of their soverignty and giving it to beurocratic institutions in brussels. Secondly laws in the EU are proposed by the commission an unelected body some of whomconvicted criminals and fraudsters. CONT

  • Since the air strikes took place in libya its made it worse.

  • @linsamful So you reckon if the NATO aren't supporting the rebels then, the rebels were going to win the battle? With the help of NATO they still can't do any improvments.. imagine if the NATO din't assist them.. they would have been vanished now..

and If Nato and America din't help Libya.. do u think any arab country would have helped them? the arabs are like brothers but in real life, they wouldn't pay a cent to help them.. so thank America instead of trashing it..

  • @aus4christ , month and a half ago gaddafi asked people to lay there arms down in bangazi, as the army and the goverment was going to bangazi to control and stop the war, just like the other citys the goverment has control of. Thats the only way the war would of stopped.

Not by just saying yeh lets start bombing with planes this should stop the war and stop people from dying.

Air strikes are making more people die, its causiing more fighting more damage.

  • @linsamful I wish inhuman ideologues like you (but not your families) were the ones being kidnapped executed imprisoned tortured and raped in the western cities of Zwara and Zawya which were reoccuppied after being besieged and subjected to indiscriminate shelling and fire from helicopter gunships.

  • this is bullshit those 1000 troops will be armed to the teeth.

  • @imnotsickimjustaboy People like this don't care, they would have cheered as Benghazi was shelled and besiged to submission + called reports on revenge spree propaganda. Similarly ideologues abroad cheered gaddafi as a hero of 'anti-imperialism' in 70s when he was hanging 'reactionary' Libyan students who objected to elected university student union being replaced by his goons, highschool and university students executed in televised celebrations.

  • This ugly woman is EU High Representative and yet she have never been elected to anything in her life. This is European 'Democracy'?

  • @bikos236590

You forgot the EU's lust to kill, that Jews are behind it and that lizard are controlling her.

  • EU wants to help? lol

Did they help Iraq, did they put in mind the massacre of the Palestinians?

Now they want to help the Libyan's?

Just what "oceanbound222" said, Libyan oil is what this cow wants.

Leave the people fight they're own war.

  • @obdimashki Were the UN asking the EU to come to aid Iraq in the way Ashton is talking about it as a basis of helping Libya? Palestine on the other hand is a very delicate issue especially for Europe/Germany because of WW2. People understand the injustice of Israeli actions, but the USA will veto anything and even without that it is an incredibly touchy issue.

  • Let's hope that peace and justice will be restored without a need of further military intervention.

  • Catherine Ashton should do us all a favor and resign
