how do you charge a 300V capacitor if you only have like 6V batteries?

You need to design an occilator circuit. I used a 4011 chip. That fluctuate the current at about 90 cylcles per second. Then I connected the output to a power fet using 10k resistor. The FET is in series with the transformer primary. The other end produces in excess of 500VAC. I used bridge rectifier which charges the capacitors.
