What does it even matter what's the name of the move. People having these fixations about the angles you can perform your presses and about the names associated with the moves. The more vertical you sit, the more it affects the shoulders. The more you're lying down the more it works the chest. If you choose to do declined bench press, it works more the lower chest. All very logical, right?

@LphiESteve not how the company intended them to be used for presses....but it would keep the db's tight in ur hands.....the other way is supposed to help disperse the weight so its more even and not as hard on the wrists. That being said I have only found them useful on back exercises and heavy shrugs, for pushing I just leave them off
