When a cat comes out of anesthesia after surgery, the cat dizzy and would therefore appear that the cat is drunk. This I know because I've also had a cat that required surgery.

This also happens with people. When I woke up after anesthesia, I was really dizzy. so spare me the stupid comments folks.
