I took lessons from Mary from 1987 to 1989 and have remained a friend since then. The first tune is the Boys of the Lough, one of the first reels she taught us. I've forgotten the name of the second one but it's lovely, isn't it? Mary plays with great feeling, has tremendous respect for the music, and is a wonderful teacher. I consider myself incredibly lucky to know her.
