once you hit 80, you'll see that wolves aren't that ideal of a pet.

Devilsaur's monstrous bite, and spirit beasts' combo of claw and spirit strike are the best pets for maxing out DPS.

It activates global cooldown, and it is placed on the same CD as all traps. It would've been nice if you could just pop a Freezing Arrow, and then Freezing Trap it again... Ultimate CC, although Freezing Trap is a pain in the ass. You could just use Readiness and Freezing Trap him again, if it's a particularly nasty group of mobs.

furious howl isnt only on them ...i had one of the LBRS wolves for ages and still have it in my stables for when i want to use him for the buff ....its a nice buff but nothing special about that ugly wierd spiked wolf apart from the looks of it :P

Heya BRK, I've been playing around with my trusty pet Wolf for the past few days, and I'm sad to report that the Warrior Battle Shout overrides Ferocious Howl, though it's handy when they forget to keep it up, or aren't around. Still, Wolves are great, and I was happy to replace my Raptor with one. =D

Wrong. You speak of Freeze Trap, which this is not. Rather than just make this our *default* mechanism for all traps... it's our level 80 skill. All this does is make trapping in PvE almost as mindless as chain polymorphing.

Also, do take note to other classes level 80 skills. DKs get Army of Dead, Mages get Mirror Images, Rogues get Fan of Knives... basically all classes get BRAND new skills. We get a rehashed Ice Trap, that we don't even need with the new Distract/Taunt shot for pulls.

Freezing trap, chimera shot, kill shot, explosive shot, Beast mastery, Scatter shot and readiness (Basically since they could only be used in one spec eiter MM or Surv. They can be picked up by each tree now eg BM) and dragonhawk aspect. You talk like every other class besides hunters are getting a complete overhaul of abilities and heaps of new ones.

Freezing arrow sounds lame. The freezing arrow that blizzard had on its previous games was an actual arrow shot, which is what I feel it should be. It has alot more useses as a -shot- ^.^
