It's great to know that Alex is always there to post great French House tracks, and that BlizzardOfTheCoast is always there to post the original sample source so I don't have to look it up.
Standard English lacks negative concord, but it was normal in Old English and Middle English, and some modern dialects do have it (e.g. African American Vernacular English and Cockney), although its usage in English is often stigmatized.
@BalooRJ this is not the real 9minutes long DJ Falcon remix, but it's another one called "La Mouche (DJ Falcon vs. Harry Choo-Choo Romero 'The Edit') "

That's pretty clever you've nicked a sample from Alan Braxe Vertigo (Roule) and added it to this DJ falcon remix, sounds good. Can you send me a copy please ;)
im actually hungarian/american but we have to face it french dj's are the best (daft punk, air ,cassius etc....) one of my favourite tracks from cassius after sound of violence
There are several French producers who have made this sound virtually synonymous with the term "French house": Thomas Bengalter, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, Stéphane Quême (DJ Falcon), Philippe Cerboneschi, Hubert Blanc-Francard, Alan Braxe, Fred Falke, Romain Séo, Romain Tranchart, Guillaume Atlan, etc. They perform and record under a variety of names.
Labels: Crydamoure, Roulé, et al.
A lot of French house has a strong disco flavor, and sometimes some rock influence as well.
this was pretty much the final word in twisted disco filter house. around this time it had been done many many times, but dj falcon put the massive exclamation point on the end of it with this belter.
after this it didnt really make any sense trying to do it anymore, although daft punk and dj sneak get an honourable mention for their efforts too!
The mix i have on the UK 12" release - titled: Played Live by DJ falcon is actually better than this mix by a long way. Sounds similar but builds up and breaks down in a far more crowd pleasing way.
knowing discogs they would charge arms legs fingers and toes. will keep searching in 2nd hand record shops. cheers for heads up dude

SAMPLING and throwing a 909 kit underneath does not make one a genius, you hyperbolic clown.

I don't think you can compare this one to the original, since the equalities are minimal.
But if I had to choose I would say the original is far more favouriteable in my opinion.
It's much more varied - the only thing you can compare the tracks on if it is.
But the original was so good, I liked the melody, and the small details, and the journey thru; all the things that you like a track for.
And this is just for me a random other track which is nice, but not near as invincible.
VebseLover 3 years ago
shit this relly sounds a lote like thomas bangalters style. cool
