  • None of those names you just dropped didn't make house music. Now; get the ƒuck out of here, you silly muppet. Twat.

  • @burteriksson

    Don't you mean:

"None of those names you just dropped ever made house music."?

    :-/

  • Standard English lacks negative concord, but it was normal in Old English and Middle English, and some modern dialects do have it (e.g. African American Vernacular English and Cockney), although its usage in English is often stigmatized.

  • @burteriksson

    Oh, okay. :-)

  • @djfakt I like this track but I totally agree with you.

  • i like how they go in and out of phase with their tracks...it's great!!!

  • Where did this version of the remix come from, with the different intro?

  • @BalooRJ this is not the real 9minutes long DJ Falcon remix, but it's another one called "La Mouche (DJ Falcon vs. Harry Choo-Choo Romero 'The Edit') "

  • @SquallLeonhartITA Yeah, ended up finding that out after seeing a release on Discogs. Thanks.

  • siiiickkkk in boys noize's radio 1 two hour essential mix

  • I'm pretty sure this is the "John 00 Flemming" edit or something like that

  • @diizeh No, this is the DJ Falcon remix, as played live during the Cassius + Together tour.

  • Because.....Same technique...Sample 2 secs of the song and make awesomeness!! XD

  • @LonerKid6981 I wish I had copies of Vertigo (Bangalter Remix) and this, so I could add a mix of them into my set.

  • Dude... look at the friggin video response

  • killer song!

  • Niiiice!

  • I love this song and this style of House..does anyone know where I can get this type of music online etc..what should i look out for? Thanks

  • take a look at my favorites =) not all house music but like 90% of it is

  • There are several French producers who have made this sound virtually synonymous with the term "French house": Thomas Bengalter, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, Stéphane Quême (DJ Falcon), Philippe Cerboneschi, Hubert Blanc-Francard, Alan Braxe, Fred Falke, Romain Séo, Romain Tranchart, Guillaume Atlan, etc. They perform and record under a variety of names.

    Labels: Crydamoure, Roulé, et al.

A lot of French house has a strong disco flavor, and sometimes some rock influence as well.

  • Don't forget Etienne de Crecy! :)

  • @yogurt0 thks for the info!

  • @yogurt0 crydamoure rulez

  • I <3 this!

  • this was pretty much the final word in twisted disco filter house. around this time it had been done many many times, but dj falcon put the massive exclamation point on the end of it with this belter.

after this it didnt really make any sense trying to do it anymore, although daft punk and dj sneak get an honourable mention for their efforts too!

  • Amen for daft punk and dj sneak!!!

  • where can i find this song?

  • got my cd single from amazon ,this is on it x

  • well , this is just unbelievable how good this is.

  • very nice

  • this has total roule flavour!

falcon and bangalter will always be my favorite producers.

alex can you send me this song in 320?

    x

  • killer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fuck me.....i'd forgotten how good that was!

  • iiiiiiii

LOVEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD THIS MUSICCCCC LO MEJOR DE CASSIUSSSS:)

    DESDE EL PERU UN FANS

  • The mix i have on the UK 12" release - titled: Played Live by DJ falcon is actually better than this mix by a long way. Sounds similar but builds up and breaks down in a far more crowd pleasing way.

  • I don't think you can compare this one to the original, since the equalities are minimal.

But if I had to choose I would say the original is far more favouriteable in my opinion.

It's much more varied - the only thing you can compare the tracks on if it is.

But the original was so good, I liked the melody, and the small details, and the journey thru; all the things that you like a track for.

And this is just for me a random other track which is nice, but not near as invincible.

  • shit this relly sounds a lote like thomas bangalters style. cool

  • I wish Falcon put out more stuff. All the shit he's ever put out is brilliant but it's so few and far between

  • the base song is fascinated by raven maize

  • This was the basis for that song, at least the original Cassius track was. Raven Maize raped it in 2002, this came out in '99.

  • well yeah because they stole it from cassius :D so its not by raven maize its from cassius

  • is exactly the opposite :)

  • i found this track on amazon

dj falcon la mouche metal remix 1999 cassius

this one sound like a early version but still

    kicks ass.

  • Falcon has done surprisingly little when you look back over his work so this track is a great insight into his sound

    good stuff

  • this isn't dj falcon, it's something else. the dj falcon remix of this is different (and realllly great!)

  • i think there are two (slightly different) remixes by DJ Falcon

the Played Live By DJ Falcon Remix

    & the Metal Mix

  • This is the edit by Harry "Choo Choo" Romero. It's its own single-sided release on the Cassius label.

  • Yup ya'll should take note of that, the original 9 minute version is much slower in a few ways.

  • this song is on

daft punk - decks and drums

  • This track truly rocks.

  • do melhor...jká tem barbas mas continua a partir tudo....

    NICE SOUND ;)

  • cassius # 1

  • Niiiice!

  • j'ai usé mes chaussures du dimanche sur cette musique comme on dit

  • i understand french but i dont speak it very well

  • If you like this song and the french touch check out this cd: My House in Montmartre

  • have it!

  • On CD?

  • have that too.

  • i dont have that cd but it looks like a great track list loads of roule & cryda
