Mix water and flour(we added an egg, but it made dough stiffer so you better keep eggs away) , add a bit of salt,taste dough it is supposed to be tasty, but not salty. If you want to know how much water to add, mix flour with your hands. The dough is ok when it doesn't stick to your fingers anymore. Later, leave the dough in the fridge for an hour,it makes the dough easer to roll.
