Yes, it has a 4 player online co-op. I had the chance to play the japanese vesion of this game and it's just awesome(one of best wii games). The problem is just, that there is no NA/EU version planned... so I started a petition at petitionspot. Please sign it (just google to find it).
3rd track is a bonus, just the first two are encountered in battle.
