  • what is this song?

  • this information comes from speaking with both sides, talking to MARSOC recruiters and team members and former(FORMER) Recon who went out for the assessment and selection at MARSOC. keep in mind Recon and MARSOC are two different military occupational specialties within the marine corps.

  • @pah1226 im sorry bro but force recon does not exist anymore,, maybe recon exists and it is inside the marsoc are i think not sure.. but i am sure that FORCE recon doesnt exist anymore

  • ok for all you jack asses that think MARSOC and are the same are completely wrong. Bloodstained sinner for the most part is right. Force recon is not recognized under SOCOM, yes they used to conduct the same kinds of missions but since implementation of MARSOC it has been them who have been carrying out those missions. make sure you know your shit and do some research before you start calling people out. Semper Fi

  • yea its true there are less marsoc than there are army rangers and navy seals

  • @USMCsemperfitillidie im preety sure navy seals is harder to get into then marsoc, army rangers has lots of people ofc not easy to get into but its not hard... id say navy is hardest then delta then marsoc then berets

  • You do realize that you don't just "join" MARSOC or Force Recon right? LOL, good luck if you think you've got what it takes.

  • @TonyInTopeka i got what it takes

  • @TonyInTopeka your more of an idiot than the guy then cause force recon doesnt exist anymore.... and its been for years so stfu.... marsoc exists but force recon does not exist anymore

  • @wizkhalifaufc ok, what's your experience then tough guy? Let me guess you've never been in the military at all, am i right?

  • @TonyInTopeka nope i havent but all my brothers have (3)... and 1 of them is in the navy and tried out for buds. one of them is in marines and other is a army ranger. so i kinda now lots of things about army. i bet your not even in the army either... and btw im only not in the army because im not of age yet... i will soon join.

  • @wizkhalifaufc all of my training comes from Nutnfancy and Call of Duty, lol, stay in school little kid.

  • @TonyInTopeka i didnt understand that sorry lol..

  • @eroepps: you dont just join the Marines then join MARSOC.. its nothing like that.. youd have a better chance being a ranger.. MARSOC isnt common.. its selective.. its not like your highschool football team where you go and tryout.. my uncle was in MARSOC.. IED got him in 09 in iraq- R.I.P Uncle Marty- Semper Fi

  • PERFECT SONG FOR THIS!!! GO FFDP AND MARSOC!

  • best days of my life.

  • Silent Swift Deadly, the silent killers Ooorah and stay Semper Fidelis.

  • @MrSquirrel118 it Swift, Silent, Deadly brother

  • Get some and come home safe Devil Dogs!

  • 2:22 TEXAS!! oorah!

  • marsoc marines/ recon mariens have the least amount of credit for doing anything ive never seen on the news anything about marine special operations and they deserve some credit

  • First of all, MARSOC isn't even fully operational yet- almost, but no. That being said, the best of the best, I think not. SEALS and Green Berets have far more special operations capability and experience simply due to their years of being fully operational.

Also, people get way too into the "my horse is bigger than yours" type of argument between the branches. We all fight for the same great country and I've seen serious bad-assery from every branch.

  • @davisevan11 MSOC is definitely fully operational. And yes, 50 years of SF experience do over shadow the 5 MSOC has had. But give it time. I too hate the arguments and agree that the branches all work towards the same objective. Its apple and oranges. But as a CSO, I think you would be surprised how effective we are.

  • @mranalog no doubt. I was mostly trying to silence the "biggest dick," competition. I'm actually a corpsman contract trying to eventually contract for MARSOC so, I definitely don't doubt their capabilities.

  • do you know what holster they use for their sidearm?

  • Hi kostas. Very nice music and video.

What strikes me as odd is that you seem to like the american military which is multiracial and at the same time support white supremacy.

As far as I know special forces groups that take on the job of foreign army training are usually interested in making team of Americans with origins from the countries that they want to target.

  • is MARSOC part of the united states special operations community?

  • @imrobert101 Yes

  • @WickedNic24 thanks

  • @imrobert101 I'm in Marsoc, and yes....it's a part of SOCOM, while Force Recon is only an asset of the Marine Corps.

  • MARSOC is a break of of Force RECON, MARSOC is bigger and Force RECON is more specialized.

  • so MARSOC is no longer called force reconaissance?

  • @dawp25 Two different forces. While both are comprised of marines, Force Recon is an asset used by the USMC. MARSOC chain-of-command puts it under SOCOM (with the added bonus of access to SOCOM funding!)

  • @TheCrazyItalian14 okay thank you I wasn't sure

  • so, in essence is MARSOC, the usmc equivilent to the army's rangers?

  • @willthrill94 no, Marine Division Recon is the equivelent to Army Rangers. MARSOC is better than the Rangers.

  • Whats the song? Sounds like Five Finger Death Punch.

  • The new kids on the block. I wonder where MARSOC will be 4-5 years from now.

  • There is not a better accomplishment than becoming a RECON MARINE!!! MARSOC is the only way! SEMPER FI

  • i want to do this :) .. semper fi .. these guys will rape the rangers apart

  • @ak47052705 if your into that i figured you would be pro army

  • wait do you get surgery for free in the corps also, i want to be MARSOC and I've been doing eye exercises, but its not really working, lol.

    Semper Fi

    future MARSOC Marine

  • @TheCrazyItalian14 Yeah. They'll pay for your lasik, but you'll probably have to wait a bit depending on your MOS. They have a priority list on who can go when or someshit like that.

  • @ACosmicFuckYou thanks man

  • My LOVE is in MARSOC and he is currently in Afghanistan…I am so proud of him…and I love him very much and miss him…I know he was trained well…..and soon I will have him in my arms again…. “Semper Fi”

  • @sweetdiaz25: He'll die, sorry 4 you.

  • usmc 00-04, righting 5th marines

  • i say join what branch is best for you, get used to the lifestyle and educate yourself before deciding on any part of socom

  • qualifications

  • nice vid. these guys are pretty badass, but i still like green berets better. just my opinion

  • They look Like pure beasts can wait till I join

  • whats the song BTW? i cant stop watching this video... its just sooo motivating!!

  • Great video, Keep up the good work! 5*****

  • Great video!!!!

  • there are little or none new photos or info about this guys!

i was thinking about joining the marines and go through all the process to MarSOC because i cant go to SEALs due a bad vision problem (20/400) and i dont have the $ to pay the surgery...

    what do you think?

  • @eroepps join the Marine Corps and then you see if you want to be a Marsoc and Recon Marine..

  • @KwstasHel im soooooo on for Special Operations!! Ive been asking in every branch of the military...ALL of them... to all the recruiters!!... and the ones that i like the most are MarSOC and SEALs (this doesnt mean i think the others are lame or worst)... They both do kinda same missions...

I know that if i join any of those branches and make a way up to SO, i would love it... its my dream to be part of the military of US and be one of the finest in the world against the enemy or terrorism...

  • @KwstasHel You can enlist to be recon now

  • @MikeSaucy Yep. Contract recon is extremely fucking rare though and doesn't mean you'll be a recon Marine. It just promises to afford you the opportunity after SOI. If you fail their selection process you'll get another 0300 MOS, probs 0311. I also know that contract recon does SOI in San Diego, not sure why though. 0352 is the same way. Probably slightly different training to help with your MOS, fuck if I know though.

  • @KwstasHel MARSOC is Force Recon bro.

  • @theloosecannoncls It's not

  • @KitamusPrime yes it is. sorry to bust your balls buddy

  • @theloosecannoncls Actually, no. Force Reconnaissance is not MARSOC. MARSOC is the Marine's contribution to SOCOM. Force Recon contributes to everything BUT SOCOM.

  • @BloodstainedSinner you are 100% wrong

  • @eroepps i thinks its a great idea bu do wat the other guy said first..thats wat im doing

  • @eroepps You don't have to pay for the surgery if you get your SEAL contract the Navy will do the surgery for free.

  • @HopefulxFrogman yeah, they USED to do that... but since 5-7 years they dont! And why? Because many people signed up just to get the surgery and then they got dropped out from selection or BUDs easily, they just were abusing the system... And now, you have to be in the fleet for a couple of years to get it paid by the Navy, or pay it your-self if you dont want to wait that long... So no, if you get a SEAL contract you wont get the surgery prior BUDs, believe me I have very good sources =)

  • @eroepps Nope your wrong because it even says on the official U.S. Navy SEAL website that SEAL candidates can qualify for PRK Refractive surgery and once you get your SEAL contract your considered a SEAL candidate. Plus I know a guy who was a former Recon Marine and he said that Naval Special Warfare candidates and Navy Diver candidates can get the eye surgery for free.

  • @HopefulxFrogman again... yeah, you get the eye surgery free when you finish the SEAL O course, not before, as you can get the surgery for free when youre in any branch of the military, sooner or later... But NO, you wont receive the eye surgery prior getting to BUDS, even if youre a SEAL candidate. That just doesnt work that way. I could be a SEAL candidate, i can pass the SEAL PST like nothing, but i still have 20/400 so im DISQUALIFIED, but hey, im a SEAL candidate...

  • @eroepps Boys i had the same problem with the eye surgery! before two months i was in the Greek Army in the Special Forces ine the 575 Marines Battalion in Greece the marines are department of the Army! instead of the Navy.. So i hava 5 Miopia and in the marines want under 5 so they want to sent me to the infantry! so i left the army and i get the surgery the other week and i will join the special forces Ranger or Marines at August! Both the greek marines and Rangers has the Green Beret!

  • @eroepps being a marine is an accomplishment in itself even if you were to stay infantry you'd still be elite haha

  • @eroepps you need 20/200 to do marsoc bro read the wualifications on military.com

  • @joshykelley in the official website of MarSOC doesnt say anything about that... Besides, my plan was to do the pipeline for MarSOC from BRC, then spend some years with those guys and then try for MarSOC CSO billet, by that time I would've got the surgery for sure... But at the end, im joining the Army to make my way to SF...

  • @eroepps once you turn 21 you can get the surgery for free, just remember that the real thing is allot harder than a video game, but if you still want to do it then go for it!

  • @195WTF I know sir, Im on my way to make it for real... I was very interested on MarSOC but I finally signed with the Army to become a 68w with the rangers hehe,

  • @eroepps Join the military and get a basic job, then get your eye surgery for free, then try out for the SEALS.

  • to go marsoc you have to have at least one deployment. and what ever you do don't get a basic job if you want to go marsoc go recon or infantry. good luck

  • @eroepps I hate to break it to you. You might be able to join the Marines, yet getting into MARSOC through whichever way it takes in the USMC will most likely require you to have 20/20 vision.

  • @andynator88 And a general note to all you lads that ask the question is Marine Force Recon still exists. It still exists.

  • @andynator88 You can always get in, get elective eye surgery for free, and then apply to get into MARSOC....

  • @eroepps the navy can pay for your LASIK surgery and also for your college. You have to serve first if you want to do that in the Marines and you will start off in a low rank if you don't have a college degree.

  • @eroepps If you can't join the SEALs because of bad vision you can't join MARSOC with bad vision.....pretty self explanatory

  • @Mcgigglepies14 No your wrong. Each branch has it own requirements. You dont have to have 20/20 to sign up for Special Forcesl or Marines Marsoc.. But you do have to have it to be a Navy SEAL.

  • @toneydockens Well that isnt what my brother (who is in force recon) said.....I could be wrong tho cause he does have that whole "I'm amazing and know everything because I'm a Marine" attitude so who knows.

  • @eroepps MARSOC and SEAL requirements are basically the same so if you have trouble trying to become a SEAL then its safe to say there might be problems becoming MARSOC, due to them being Marine Tier One operators. If you can get glasses to adjust your eyes to 20/25, then they might give you a chance but I cant be totally sure. Not trying to bring you down or anything, sorry dude.

  • @eroepps your thinking about the big picture too much. work on being a marine first, then if everything works out you can do the high speed jobs.

  • @eroepps be a force recon marine first then get some time in with them then when you think your ready go for selection for MARSOC

  • Great Video bro!

    ;)

  • @AlienProduce thanks man!
