I don't know the title of the song but i know the film's title: Gin-iro no kami no agito.

The language is jepanese for the first part and at the second part is in Ainu language (a language of the past not used anymore).

It IS in reverse, but it's not word by word - it's the whole sentence (at least). The whole sentence is sung backwards.

Ex., the REAL lyrics of the first sentence of the chorus BEGINS with わたしのこころに (watashi no kokoro ni; which means "in my heart"), but she's singing backwards, so the SUNG sentence instead ENDS with it as: にろここのしたわ (ni rokoko no shitawa).
