@MrYoungBlazee Well first you just capture your footage, and then afterwards you exit capture mode, load your file and go to Video > Filters > Add. then add Resize and select 1280x720. For a more detailed tutorial check the link in the description!
@MrYoungBlazee it depends what program you're using. in virtualdub you resize to 1280x720 later, but in Ulead video studio you've got to select 16:9 under options.
