Where can I get a 600 ft.lb. beam torque wrench with 1/2 in. drive.?

A fair test of the protective ability of an additive would be to take a 5 in. angle grinder to the piece. Sure, there are materials that can withstand this treatment, but they are not available to the public. I need something I can coat my skin with to protect from gator attacks, as well.
