Theres a few Phantasmagoria songs that have a similar feel, versailles again have a couple. Possibly an E'm ~Grief~ song or two may have the sound your chasing. But i don't know of a band that did anything as remarkable as Malice Mizer. Good luck anyway, at the very least you may find something else you like:]

Well, KALM wrote a few songs for Kaya, and the rest of his music with his solo career is written by various people from the record label he's on. HORA & Kaya have not worked on a song together in years, otherwise if HORA was still writing with Kaya, Schwarz Stein would still be around. HORA has released a few solo albums since Schwarz Stein, none of the songs on the albums include Kaya.
