The trick is, to play without strongness... Means the speed comes from your hands. look as his arms... the other secret is to find the position to seat. sounds funny, but to play to near or to far, tow hihg, to low etc. makes a different and is important!

@drumstheo In my opinion, if you use two different techniques on your hands, and you can't hear the difference, then if it is more confortable for you to play like that, then you're fine... :)

For example, I use flying fingers on my right hand, and my wrists on the left, because I haven't developed the flying fingers very well on my left hand yet. People don't notice the difference, I am able to play a strong blastbeat this way, I did a Belphegor cover, you can see it here: /watch?v=_U4jFTIRrfw

on the jojo mayer dvd he basically said hold the stick in french grip. or german. and do single strokes for a minute on each finger. like use ur pointer finger and thumb for a minute. then middle finger. do ur right hand then left. in about a week u'll see a huge improvement and if u do it everyday u'll be gravy
