Citizenship and culture are two very very different things. Good example my wife is Japanese but she holds US citizenship. She's American by citizenship only in culture regards she is Japanese. And that is voluntary. Tibetans never asked China to invade they don't consider themselves Chinese citizens they are an occupied country. The whole world is growing. Besides that 1.3 billion that China claims includes a lot like Tibetans that DO NOT consider themselves Chinese. So that 1.3 bill is WAY WAY WAY over bloated. In order for that number to be accurate there has to be 1.3 billion CHINESE and. there aren't 1.3 billion CHINESE in China. My guess and it's impossible to say is that China isn't much larger in population then the US after you remove those that DO NOT consider themselves Chinese!
