Great demo mate and excellent commentary. Some of the videos I've watched where people take their time picking locks leave me bored because they don't say anything. But yours kept me interested all the way through. 5*
Nice, but if you had left the low lever down and picked it last you would never had gone in to anti pick as the anti pick on the low lever is on the bottom of the lever so leving the low lever till last would open this lock every time and never enter anti pick. high levers have anti pick on the top of the lever so leave the low ones till last and the high levers cant go in to anti pick :)
Very nice work,I'm a locksmith 25 years,my comment is when its 2.00 am customers forced the wrong key in the lock then tried to kick the door its raining, dark, the doors warped and you've just got out of your bed, What do you do?
Appreciated, and know where your coming from! If they have buggered the lock then another entry point to get them in, then sort the lock from the inside, or drill.
have to admire your patience, i have had some 114s opened in minutes and others resorted to drilling due to customers with the old classic " it dont james bond this long " lol
Tell me about it!! Though I have to say I do a couple of these a week in all weathers, sometimes picking, and sometimes impressioning. Just depends on the job.
The amount of tension depends on the lock, some require a lighter touch and some a little more. You know when you have it right as you can 'feel' the locked being 'worked'. That is you feel the levers locating.

Or if the customer is constantly in your face asking if " Is it open yet, is it open yet?"
