I have a prismacolor 0.8 pen that came in a pack. I know how it feels to go to a store, and they don't have the pen you want every time! I bought a 0.05 pen, and it broke when finally got it T-T You're an amazing artist! I can't wait to see more of your work XD
@Ramenkitty7 Omg it's so annoying when you can't find the pen you need XD I never realized how much I use my 0.8! Now I've expanded to other brands with the same nib size because I can never find a Micron one.
@TheFarhana101 You CAN make them but I don't know how to do that. Actually, I think you have to find some self-adhesive clear film and you print patterns/dots/lines on them and use them like that. I buy most of my tones, but I haven't bought them in years. You can buy them at akadot.com that's for sure :P
Oh! I watch and like your traditional toning videos. I have tones I been wanting to use but I don't have the right tools to use them right. Watching your videos gives me an idea how to use the tones once I get the tools. so thanks for that. xD
I think you're being too critical of yourself. I understand having standards, but I think I and others can learn by mistakes you believe you've made! :)

@MsBleachFan101 lol! it's not a LITTLE messed up X__x; whenever i ink i always ink the face shape first, the nose, the mouth, then the eyes. I always end up messing up the face shape or the mouth! and it completely RUINS the picture. If i mess up on the clothes / hair... i will still keep the drawing, but if it's the face, it'll be tossed :P
and yes, screentones are used on manga :) (and art lol)

I was wondering, where/how do you get/make screen tones? ( I don't know if your supposed to buy them or not, I'm such a noob ;P)
