Duncan...the COURIER would kill IPAD and HP SLATE in the biz world. No way MS killed this. However, are they developing it for the HP SLATE and didn't want to kill Windows 7 sales? If you start digging in to those issues, they will stop giving you advance info.
The Ipad is more for e-reading and gaming. The Courier is more for business and note taking. Personally I will use the IPad for my college textbooks and the courier for my notes.
Excellent video, young man! I enjoyed your insight. Keep up the good work! I'm equally excited about the Courier. This goes far beyond the iPad, in my opinion.
it has tegra 2 insides meaning it can play 1080p videos without a hiccup.. it can stay on with wifi, for about 12 hours on a single charge... im really excited about this dual screen tablet... i just hope that it won't miss what the ipad have missed like mmc reader and usb ports which im sure it has due to the fact that the tegra 2 chipset has these two built in.. btw msi has already made a dual screen netbook with full windows 7 it was demoed on ces and cebit 2010 .
From what I see, the resolution is high. how would a video play on this? The video up and the controls down? just thinking. maybe it plays on both screens? i guess not.
not really interested on this I will like to have a tablet the runs windows 7 and thats it so I can watch my videos use my programs play some games just like a regular PC
@360esteban i agree, a win7 tablet ftw. but on that note, why not just a netbook sigh, with a real damn keyboard lol - then you can actually play REAL games lol
my dream is to have a very powerful tablet the can run anything (games and programs and so on) with like bluetooth or something so I just buy a bluetooth key board and a mouse so went i want to play games I can do that or just use a real key board but in the sametime is a tablet so I can chill in my bed and watch videos in youtube the web and so on see it could be the coolest thing ever just imagine is like the screen in your desktop but the screed is a full PC portable and cool
i agree that a w7 tablet would be ftw but like duncan said, the interface and software needed to make it work on 2 screens simultainiously would take too much processing power and would probably substitute quality
That's not a bad idea, although we don't know yet if it will run any sort of desktop applications (especially if it runs Windows Phone 7 instead of Windows 7). But given the apparent power I wouldn't be surprised if it gets lots of applications either way.
its commming in 2011 its like the hp slate its comming just needed some time so people who want it its comming

I have no idea, but I can't really imagine it playing on both screens (there is a pretty decent space between them). We'll see I suppose.

Well then you're just in luck. HP has a tablet called the Slate which should be out sometime this year that runs basically stock Windows 7.
duncan33303 2 years ago
oh! yea I have to check that out
360esteban 2 years ago
I've done a video about it on my channel, in the video named Tablet Wars. You might want to check it out if you're interested.

I would use this as a neat secondary computer, when I'm away from programs such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
