I am a free runner myself, and if anything I would say that free running has bettered my life. The only thing that it ruined was my knees, wrists, and ankles.

Im using Final Cut Pro to edit my videos with the use of Apples Motion from time to to to do more specific things. I know all the other 3RUN guys also use this, if you want to edit and make creative things, MAC's are the way forward! I would use anything else now =D 3RUN Love!
