Ironic that Josh was the one who drugged her, he's Erica's son, and Michael Cambias has hurt many of Erica's family, so her seeing Michael as a result of what someone from her own family did is pretty ironic and twisted. Even if Josh wasn't around when Michael Cambias was terrorizing Erica and her family...but still.
