Good tut , but i think instead of setting the visibility "0" for the text , you should unckeck "renderable" , so the renderer ignores it totally , the other way it will still do calculations for it , although it's invisible

nevermind, found out what the problem was. because I change the opacity to 0.0 in object properties on the text, the fragments get hidden aswell.

hey. tried out this tutorial, but the "particles" that is generated from the text are not visible in any of the renders. tried to fix it, but cant.. any idea?

I only have one problem: If i set the Text visibility to 0, the visibility of the PArray changes to 0 as well, so i can see only the shadows of the exploding chunks. Any ideas?

To find out what buttons "stand for" so you dont have to say " this" or "thing thing", just hover your mouse over it for a moment or two. In this kind of video, it's fine to do so. Great video by the way, I learned alot!
