If you apply yourself, there's no reason why you shouldn't learn. There are plenty of books available. I've decided to learn myself - my handwriting isn't bad, but it would be wonderful to be able to create something as beautiful as this.

i think it is a Rotring art pen, and if it is, i can assure you that is everything but smooth lol. but it handles well

What would you say of Speedwell? I think it's smooth but it lacks control and are somewhat delicate.

sorry but i am not an expert on this. i just like calligraphy as you probably do and just gave my opinion about this art pen because i have one too. I also have a cheap japanese Pilot art pen and can say to you that the nib is smoother than the one on the rotring (wich i think it has some quality, although). cheers

Nice video, great music!

Your work shows great confidence and energy, but if the flourishes were removed, the letterforms are very weak.

I recommend slowing down, if not for YouTube, then at least to get a solid coherence in the structure and skeletons of your building blocks. At this point you are decorating a castle that's built with potatoes rather than stones ;-)

I hope this is taken in the positive way it's intended!

hey hey awesome comment. i agree with this dude dave. you have an amazing way of writing, but u should turn the camera 90 degrees clockwise, so we can know what you're writing, and maybe a little bit closer and slower...but other than that, WOW!!!
