@AaronBruceLadner Oliver Haidt with a songtitle called Zeit der Sehnsucht was actually a christmas song about life and that we should be thankful for the lives that we lived.
@cmreap What part of German version don't you understand it's like Restlessi said he was doing just fine but I do know this. In English it means Like sands through the hourglass so are the Days of our Lives.
@cmreap I never even imagined that the other languages have words that are spelled backwards like this one Zeit der Sehnsucht red is spelled backwards and so is tie it's interesting to do word searches with other languages as well. I watched a Loving opening from Germany and on the bottom of loving came Wege der Leibe it meant The Ways of Love.
Like sands through the hourglass So are the Days of our Lives. Catch the american version on NBC Monday through Friday at 1 Eastern and Pacific Noon Central
Word search find red tie sent site rise sense zit shred test tree stir hush rush then sure sue rent ten tent tire add an s and it spells different words shown on the title if you like what I do with word searches with TV shows you'll love why I did this in the first place.
Eine R&D-Story ohne Ende? Das klingt wie Musik in meinen Ohren, obwohl ich mir darüber im klaren bin, dass du eigentlich das Gegenteil ausdrücken wolltest! *grins*
2 Mails? Hab nur eine gefunden - und bin da schon gehüpft vor Freude *lach*
I like the music to the German version of Days of our Lives it is so upbeating esp. when played on my stereo it has the best sound ever including the narrators voice and the drums plus the bass.
Ich fühle mich in die damlige Zeit zurückversetzt - ich sitze auf dem gemütlichen Sofa, es ist Nachmittag, ich schliesse die Augen...und lass diese Musik erklingen...
Man, man, man...! Was würd ich dafür geben...*seufz*
Peggy, du scheibst nicht zufällig Fangeschichten oder? *lach*
Also, at 0:20 the background changes into what looks like a beach, which doesn't happen in the U.S. version. It makes me wonder, if this is the opening, what do the closing credits look like?
How interesting....I've never seen Days formatted for foreign audiences...

In case some of you haven't figured it out already Zeit means time but can also mean days as well. Zeit should mean it this way Time of Day.

That announcer does a really bad job. It's like he's not even speaking English!

it's normal, as it was the german version, he speaks in German

My German is rusty. What is he saying?
benvolio15 2 years ago
"Time that lasts forever. (~ Everlasting time)
Time of yearning."
Something like that
:)
alma1980sommerregen 2 years ago
Second thought. Maybe it would be better to replace "time" with "days"...
(But "time" is what he literally says though)
