That Frank guy was a jerk, I fell sorry for you. So I guess you did not get out of contestants row, what was your partying gift?

No I did not get out of contestants row. My parting gifts were: a small wall-mounted bike, a little box of Little Debbie Snack Cakes, and a year's supply of Kool-Aid. Instead of giving me the year's supply of Kool-Aid, they gave me a $10 check.

The "futuristic giant price tag" is still being used and was replaced in 1990. I would say this is either 1989 or early 1990.
