what puzzles me is what happened to the people who lived there? why would they just up and leave. I don't know about back then, but nowadays when you vacate your house and move somewhere else, you pack up all your things and go. Even if the family who lived there died, I'm sure someone should have inherited the things they found lying around there. Very puzzling!

I guess you guys would speak perfect English even if it was a second language to you huh? I agree she was very hard to understand but she tried, I bet she speaks more languages then any of you complaining. Anyway it's a very interesting find. I can't wait to see more.
"We have here in a sort, a kind of little pompeii. but for the truscan, this is the real piece of new history of the truscan because we are not in the necropolis but we are in a structure where they lived. We have now in a particular section of the house, in a storage room we can see here a ? , a big jar, this jug maybe contained grains or other food stuffs. On the floor, the archeologists have found other big containers for the wine, for the oil.
It is funny when Theist's say that archaeologists can explain about life, and the Bible is credible. Any intelligent person knows that the Bibe is just outdated scripture written in an age of ignorance over 2300+ years ago. Archaeologists can sort through garbage of history, but they do not have the answers to the Universe, lol.
Great discovery. The Etruscan civilization made important cultural contributions to ancient Rome. They were very distinct people, very different than the Romans. Hopefully this excavation will unearth more information about their daily lives and culture.
Her accent certainly isn't enjoyable.. but I think they fucked up her microphone or editing or something.. what the.. fuck.. who ... it's like every| thin| sh| say| i| chopped off|.
@Blueknightex Yea , here in italy we study them at primary school. By the way , the archeologist sounds like mario or microsoft sam's voice lol Non all italians speak english like that.
@Blueknightex yes etruscans were before Roman Empire and they'd very influenced the roman culture and development. Rome first of all during the Monarchy was essenctially an etruscan city it had three Etruscan Kings with etruscan workers inside to build temples homes streets with etruscans scutlures architects etc. The latin even had influenced by etruscan language in those period.
Roman development was based initially on etruscan iventions as bridges doors acquedots etc.
@Blueknightex even the roman music the dance the arts in general grown up on exemple of the etruscan one. Etruscans were great artists musicians dancers and fashion designers too. They were really important for the development of Roman Empire. For the punic wars the etruscans built the warships to the romans.
They were the first real italian civilization! who loves Roman Empire should love first of all etruscans. Without them there hadn't been Rome.
Awesome! I just got done learning about ancient Rome and the Etruscans as well. Very neat.
AS the other saying about her voice, I thought she was speaking purely Italian. I was actually wondering where the subtitles are. until I heard some English words slipped by. Then I was able to hear her just fine. Whoa, weird how the mind does that to you.
@kotk05 I agree with you.My questions to the critics are how is your Italian accent and can we see what your hair looks blowing in the wind. I speak English as my native language, and I understood every word. She was enunciating. Many people do when they are speaking in a second language. I'll bet she speaks several.
I don't understand how an educational piece drew in so many superficial viewers. The song goes “it’s a small world after all” not “keep a small mind”
@GimpGeneral Hey I'm jealous. I speak a few phrases in Spanish, French, Italian, Tagalog, and a few words of Japanese, German, Russian but I'm only conversational in English. The Spanish, Italian, and Tagalog have Latin root words so that helps me understand what is being said but unfortunately I can only respond on a minimal level. As I said before I think she does just fine. I think folks should try to expand their minds a bit though.
