  • holly balls batman

  • Ducati ist einfach nur GEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • One day...

  • honestly didnt care for the white paint scheme until i seen this video. This bike is immaculate hands down.

  • Man chuck norris would shit himself on this bike

  • this is cleanest white duece I ever seen. I honestly didn't like the white models until I seen this video

  • is this for sale on ebay? cause i am lookin at one on ebay thats exactly the same

  • @erichizz09 what is the auction location?

  • @DonnyDon01 ebay

  • love that dry clutch!

  • No prob! Big props seriously!

  • The chatter from the dry clutches on Ducatis would drive me insane as a rider. For the money, RC8 or RSV4 imo, with RSV4 having the best exhaust and RC8 the best looks. I like Ducs but the 848/1098/1198 is a bit dated now...the 1199 should be interesting

  • That is the most well put together white 1198 I have ever seen. you even took the time to wrap the exhaust tubes and its a good thing you did because when those tubes start to show their age they don't look to good. Nice job with your 1198 dude!!

  • @tatoaddik00 Thanks man!

  • 乾式離合器果然魅力!!!

  • braingasm

  • red makes me fall in love... white just makes my cry of joy...

  • Did they really stop making these in white?

  • I'm kinda new to motorcycles so this may be a stupid question but what is that little clicking rotating thing?

  • @rudiratte1 That is the open clutch.

  • im getting an 848 evo.

should i get termi exhaust? or just keep stock exhaust?

  • @tankerdef99 You don't have to get the Termi's, there are a few quality ones out there. Take a look on ducati.org and maybe you can get some reviews on one you like.

  • how tall r u dude?cuz i'm gonna buy an 848 evo and i'm just 168cm tall,wondering if i can handle this bike.BTW,nice bike m8

  • @kidnextdoor712 I'm 6'1 and it feels great. See if you can stop by a dealer and check one out.

  • This video is too short, I could listen to her till she runs out of gas.

  • Sounds like fucking tracktor

  • how much?

  • now,,this is a thing of beauty,,,do you get to ride it,, like you stole her???LOL

  • la quiete prima della tempesta....

  • @DonnyDon01 lol thanks ;D im so jelly btw^^

  • Comment removed

  • @ObelixDasTier lolz, im sure you'll get it under xmas tree now :P

  • @sailentxx :DDD

  • is it easy to get your motorcycles license? i have my drivers license, but i have never used a clutch on a motorcycle. i love this sport bikes and really want to get one

  • @vaporX60man It is fairly easy. It's all about coordination and practice to increase both your confidence and skill level. You can start with obtaining your permit and I highly recommend you look into taking a basic MSF Course (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) to start off. They offer them all across the US. Good luck!

  • @vaporX60man To follow up on what DonnyDon01 said, if you're looking at a 1198 as your first bike, forget it. It (and other supersports) require an experienced rider, as they are extremely sensitive to rider inputs, and unforgiving when it comes to newbie mistakes (which you WILL make) and can easily scare you away from motorcycling, if you're lucky, or kill you if you're not. I fully understand why you want one, but it is not a good first bike.

  • @vaporX60man Look at something like a used Ninja 250r/500r as your first bike. They're cheap to buy, run, and insure, and are extremely forgiving bikes for new riders. Plus, they can be quite fun in their own way. Ride that bike for a year or two, sell it, recoup much of the money you spent on it, and put it towards a bigger bike. (maybe hold off on the 1198 until you get more experience)

What I'm saying is: start small, and work up to your dream bike.

  • you blew me away ! i am ready to sell my son !

  • Sexiest Bike ever! If I had the money I'd SOOOO buy one and love it :D

  • I luve this bike lol

  • im planning on buying one of these, i hear its an uncomfortable ride on the road, is this true?

  • @russianpeanut I don't think it's uncomfortable at all. I don't recommend riding in high traffic areas where you will spend much of your time stopped as it does put out some serious heat while at a stand-still. There are aftermarket seats you can buy to increase comfort and better your riding position. It really depends on you and your preference. The bike is smooth though.

  • what an ride...

  • When im 25 i want that bike, to stand in front of my house

  • o ja pierdole marzenia !!

  • @Twatxpress YOu can come to the nearest DUcati store to steal a good one cuz I bet that this guy also puts eyes on his girl like what ducati's body guards do.

  • @MrTomsupertramp185 Never leave it out of site! ha

  • Like the bike, awesome clutch cover! Don't really like the sound though. Nice bike though. Got some nice goodies on there! Good job!

  • Everytime i feel shitty i go in my bookmarks and check this video :P Im finally getting it next summer!! CANT WAIT!! :D Clickity, clickity, click <3

  • @Elisebibitte

    man..u r so damn lucky..i envy u :(

all the best with the ride..handle it with care ;)

  • Comment removed

  • @Elisebibitte Congrats! They have the 1199 coming out soon and the SP is out now as well.

  • Loud clutches save lives! :)

  • my friggin' god this is a beauty to behold!

  • 0:24 i thought it said "sex" for a second

    ( next to the logo)

  • Total cost? Ima be saving up for a long time for this bad boy!

  • @futuref22pilot lol its mine now. had to peel it from donn'ys fingers

  • Thats one BEAUTIFUL motorcycle :) bet that seat is uncomfortable though :D

  • I thought pornz are forbidden on youtube???

  • i met a guy that keeps his parked in his garage with the key ziptied in the ignition.......75 canoe court, Richmond hill, Ontario

  • never heard that sound before :D

  • I love the clicking of the dry clutch :)

  • @Elisebibitte You really don't notice it as much when you've got the bike running near you in person.

  • @speareck hardly

  • @speareck soooo you dont want a good looking bike?

  • @speareck dude you got it all wrong the ducati looks , sounds better and its faster

  • @speareck if you dont know what ur talking about, at least google it before you reply with your stuip, undesired comments.

  • @speareck You've got to be joking... My 1198 would smoke the crap out of your R1. As for the sound, well thats your opinion. I think the 1198 sounds awesome.

  • @speareck and ddaaaaamn it looks good.

  • @speareck ducati has class. speed isnt everything and the 1198 is plenty fast

  • @speareck r1's suck

  • @gsxrkz how come

  • @Rowdie999 it's slow, and I hate the front of the bike, the headlights are ugly

  • @Rowdie999 doesnt mean you dont like the headlights the bike sucks... and have you tried a R1? nowhere near slow

  • @speareck i think u have no idea what the ducati is able of

  • @speareck :D ur talking bullshit .. r1 is 100% faster and may be better but the ducati 1198 is just looking better than the r1 my choice. actually the topspeed doesnt count when ur choose a bike! Both bikes are awesome! The single sided swing arm ist fantastic did u ever ride a ducati? no ..

  • @speareck i have akot of respect for the R1 its an amazing bike.but this ducati is a beauty

  • I like that clicking sound.

  • That clicking sound is a dry clutch. The only thing I don't like about Ducati

  • beautiful bike, but wat is that clicking sound ????

  • You have great taste in bikes.

  • id trade you my big turbo audi for it

  • what camera is that

  • @Jord4ntaylor older version of the Cannon webshots or something of the sort.

  • @DonnyDon01 thanks

  • imo ducati ahs gone down hill. They arent what they used to be and this bike sounds pathetic considering its meant to be a beast of a bike. Give me a cbr hrc 1000 any day

  • You know that you're one damn lucky guy, right?!

  • this bike is so hot!!!!!!!

  • Dear sweet Lord that is one beautiful bike.

  • @Twatxpress lmao most smart bikers installed GPS locator in their bikes so good luck stealing one, cuz you can but they wont come to pick it up, they will come with the police

  • SWEET looking machine. Would love to own one but i know that by the end of the end i would kick it to curb because of the Toruture Rack Ergos...like an Italian SuperModel (very pretty to look at but most probably pretty demanding)...lol.

  • looks like it's got an open clutch cover?? Dumb if you ask me.. I wouldn't want to hear that if I was riding such a beast.

  • does it have a crossplane crank like the 2009 r1?

  • what is that rotating thing?

  • @EnterTheKmylo That is the clutch basket. On many Ducati's it's open.

  • @DonnyDon01 thanks ;)

  • @EnterTheKmylo that would be the dry clutch.

  • You sir, disgust me... i fucking hate my life now

  • This bike is truly a work of art

  • such a beautiful bike. In any colour its georgeous. I like black/ dark colours myself but this is sexy too.

  • That is THE sexiest 1198 I have ever seen. The only thing that would make it look even sharper is a custom seat with a bit of white trim. That would just complete the look entirely!

  • @0070062010 I like the way you think!

  • such a pretty bike..

  • Why have a girlfriend when you can have this sexy beast rumbling between your legs?!?! Oh yeah, right, to cook...

  • i just saw one today with a leovince pipe on.

as soon as he started his bike, i was like, omg that is loud.

there was a cbr 1000 too but i cant hear its sound because of the ducati's sound.

    pure power.and loudness.

  • is this better than a bmw s1000 rr i mean faster ? or maintenance wise cheaper

  • @ali1278 I've yet to take one of those for a spin so I really can't say first hand. There has been some fellow Ducati riders on Ducati.org who have though and have had good things to say about the s1000. Maintenance wise, I'd guess it's probably similar...

  • @ali1278 the bmw s1000rr is know as the best superbike out its auto clutch is very popular and it being german and the ducati being italian you would put your house on it that the bmw is more reliable also the ducati is 2 cylinder while bmw is 4 so bmw will cost cheap to run and maintenance, but looks wise this is one sexy machinee.

  • nice color

  • The valve train noise really drives me crazy.

  • @niurou Actually it's the clutch...

  • shit sounds horrible at idol, lol i want to get one of these bad

  • <3 ducati <3

  • Nice bike!!!!

  • ITALIAN BIKES, ITALIAN WOMEN, ITALIAN PIZZA...IS THERE ANY BETTER PLACE IN THE WORLD?

  • @benhamin3d italian woman are very ugly.

  • @MRjesseNL oh man you are from Netherlands right? there are awesome girls too!!

  • @benhamin3d Oef, Hell no. When they get older. Just like italian woman they get grose!

  • world's better bike, someday I'll have it...

  • This bike is just beautiful

  • I have yet to learn to love that rattle...love the bike, hate the rattle.

  • Damn that thing looks like a stealth fighter jet on wheels. ;)

  • annoying tht these bikes cost soo much!! best looking bike out there though!

  • hoping when i get to college can buy one (i mean my parents, lol)

  • Nicest one I've seen mate..

  • gorgeous!!!!! :D

  • Is this faster than yamaha r1?

  • @mrdiamondback1 Yes. More torque, larger displacement, and about 50lbs lighter than an R1.

  • @DonnyDon01 I beg to differ....I believe because it is a v-twin it has to have the larger displacemnt to keep a level playing field with an in-line 4. I will send you a video response in a few minutes to back up what I am saying. Hope you post it :)

  • @DonnyDon01 50ibs lighter damn..On another note whats it like owning one of these? Like is the maintenance really expensive?

  • @whellieboii It's an amazing bike to own. One reason I love it is that it's the only one around in a city that's packed with CBR's, Yamaha's, Busa's, and Harley's.

Downfall....maintenance on them is wicked expensive. If you at least a little handy with tools you can save on some of the stuff though.

  • @DonnyDon01 50 lbs is something ducati wants you to believe, it's actually less then 20 lbs.

More torque doesn't mean faster ...

You got the better bike that's for shure but on track ....you still got a streetbike.

You could make it the best but at what cost ... do you even like racing? or do you prefer to look at it :D

    grtz

  • @DonnyDon01 about 10-12 lbs lighter and about 30 hp shy of a r1 and makes about the same torque i still love the 1198 but the r1 is still a quicker bike!

  • @mrdiamondback1 check out my video of my '09 R1 playing tag with an '09 1198....you decide : )

  • @Shogun09R1 I'm sorry but that video really doesn't show me anything....Just that one of the riders is a bit smarter.

  • @DonnyDon01 that's cool...it wasn't meant as a camparison or race. Just two riders goofin' off. Psst...between you and me, the guy on the R1 is the smart one....rite???

    Ride safe bro.

  • This is faster than the Yamaha r1?

  • 好想买一辆

  • you have a dry clutch ?? niceeee =]

  • that clicking the dry clutch??? i'm sorry i'm a noob

  • ahhh the infamous rattle of a dry clutch...

  • Thats a sexy bike!

  • which cam r u using to record this video

btw ur bike is most beautiful

  • @ProStreetRacer1 I believe it was just your average Cannon Powershot. Nothing special.

    Thanks!

  • @DonnyDon01 how much is the 1198?

  • was that a CT plate??

  • @426rwhpC5 Connecticut? No...NC

  • @DonnyDon01 shit, nevermind lol.

  • great bike! congratulations,enjoy it...

Ducati or Aprilia are like the lamborghini's or the ferrari's of the sport bikes

  • @MrPatRRick don't mean to rain on your hate parade but first off, don't hate because you can't buy 1. Second...in case you're new to bikes Ducati's have a dry clutch so to the ignorant Ducati's sound funny. Trust me...there's nothing to laugh about when you get catapulted from 3000 RPM to 11000 RPM in the time it takes to blink your eye. Ducati's, Aprilia's and KTM's for that matter aren't for everyone...just people who take their riding, adrenaline fixes and track days fucking seriously.

  • @RaffyJoaquin pfff man in europe people think ducati, aprilia , ktm , triumph are exclusive bike's but this is bullshit... Japanese build a lot better bike's and much cheaper but no we have exclusive bike's hahahah nice one man. peace

  • @MrPatRRick yeah...no hard feelings. If you have a friend who has a 990 superduke or better a 990 superduke r try riding it around on some twisty roads or better yet a track. I'm really close to having a good stock market day and will get me an 1198 with upgrades. Fuel tank too small and not enough trimmings. Ride one of these expensive bikes on track & you'll become a believer. Jap make great bikes. Euro bikes are special. You need to ride 1 on track to feel it.

  • 1198 S...my 2nd bike...coming soon...to my garage...nice bike man! It'll look great next to my superduke.

  • Very nice bike, I have a 1098 that's tricked out. U should check it out.

  • Sound like shit... Honda,Yamaha, kawasaki, suzuki, bmw are a lot better

  • @MrPatRRick You've probably never even seen one in person.

  • @DonnyDon01 well I see one. I think is really nice bike but engine no..

  • @DonnyDon01 There's honestly nothing like the rawr/purr of a Ducati.

  • It sounds like a Tractor. No offence I love the bike I just wish it had the bad boy soundtrack... what is your opinion on the sound?

  • @Joel0277 I don't really think the video/sound gives it justice. When this thing is in gear it sounds amazing and you can tell it apart from anything else out there. It's not for everyone though, and most people wonder what is with the sound of the dry clutch.

  • @Joel0277 im not to big on the sound ducati's make either

  • @MrPatRRick lmfao!!!! just for that you should probably never speak again ahahaha

  • @MrPatRRick yea right ducati will rape every other motercycle that gets in its way

  • @MrPatRRick some funny joke there mr patrick

  • whats the big difference between 1198 and the 1198s i kno im still new to bikes
