Chances are Wu will get life for this. While we cannot agree with Wu's action, but management at SiPort is also questionable. There is also discrimination in those companies run by __ (you fill the blank).
We don't know the real story behind close door,it's now in the hand of the law,we'll just have to wait and see how thr story unfold,as a business owner i too could learn and benefit off this sad incident,to avoid such tragedy from taking place at my place of business among the lead man and the empoyees under their command.
It might not even be Wu's fault, maybe justice is served according to Wu,he got his justice, people could be very obnoxious sometime, indian CEO'S are no exception.
SiPort is just about 5 minutes off of 101 freeway off san tomas, its along the way toward san francisco if your heading north from the san jose airport,if you exit left from san tomas toward scott blvd, just down the road you will hit a company called APPLIED MATERIAL on bower.Nearby SiPort is a company called Attrica, they used my business service before.
The boys in blue gave me quite a few traffic tickets this years SJPD our finest, thanks for correcting me boys,i was really out of line,be careful out there boys,Wu is alot crazier then me ;)
I really respect Chinese/Vietnamese/Japanese/Koreans. They are really nice people, but ofterntimes people confuse that with weakness. A little "quiet" at work places because of languange and cultural differences, and they get pushed around a lot. Wu was defiant and gave those curry chewers what they deserved.
The tragedy is due to cultural misunderstandings. Chinese are taught to be very nice and friendly and willing to please, as part of virtue. But such is often taken as weakness by westerners, who believe in bluffing and making noise. So often times, the Chinese are getting pushed. And their violent reactions revealed the iron-will within. Look at this guy, he did not bluff, he didn't make demands. He got the others into a calm meeting, and executed his plans with precision.
Not to say he did it. The person is innocent until proven guilty by an unanimous jury. Noe that the weapon is not recovered, and there were no other witnesses while the shooting took place. Just assume that he did it.
There were witnesses to the entry of suspect to the scene - people saw him in with the 3 dead victims - people heard the shots and then ducked. How do you know there were no witnesses? I was on scene as it unfolded - I heard 1st person eyewitness testimony.
Yeah - maybe Stupidgauls is right. But I doubt it. He did it. "Note that the weapon is not recovered" - he had over 16 hours to 'ditch' the gun any where from the incident to the place where he was arrested.
All they got is circumstantial evidence based on deductions: they saw Wu entered the room, they heard gun shots, and the three were dead. But there is no direct proof that Wu killed the three with a gun. Maybe the jury will have no doubt that he did it. But the state has the burden of proof to show he did it beyond reasonable doubt.
What a looser, where was the armed security guard when they need him/her???
"And it's not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations," Obama
