  • look a kung fu forms

  • meine karriere is vorbei oktober 1992!!

  • ITA Hyungs/Forms look better.

  • Hello.. I am taking taekwon do lessons for many years (19) and i believe that this Master is the best i've ever seen.. Excellent job!!!

  • @sofy72100 5th Dan is not a master

  • is there a pattern higher than tong il?

  • Asian bridals here **busizz4me.info**

  • this tull is for 4 dan ????

  • @remuscandy yes

  • what dan pattern is this

  • This is pretty good!!! This is actually a 3rd degree pattern and the man is a 5th degree. I actually consider him as one of my instructors since I have learned most of my patterns details from him. Very good forms and I wish I could do forms just like him.

  • His hook kicks really lack power, he's amazing though. perfect form on the two hook kicks just literally no power at all.

  • @MilitantBlackGuy1

I'll bet if you stood in the way while he did his hooks kicks you wouldn't be saying no power at all.

  • @bukkake2007 He's doing them in an inefficient way. I've been hit in the head by plenty of good hook kicks and i wouldn't mind taking that one on compared to what i've had.

  • @MilitantBlackGuy1

I've seen better as well but to say no power at all is using a bit of hyperbole don't you think?

  • Foot must be place in front (not foot to foot) before turning for the reverse hooking/side kick. (He did it right on the second one).

Need to do a full walking stance on the fast motion pressing blocks.

Front snap kicks are middle section.

  • ITF Tules looks better than WTF Poomses. (I do WTF)

  • it's one one my favourite things of tkd itf

  • @bridif1 so - you must start practise ITF :)

  • @bridif1 No they don't. I do Kukkiwon forms as well. Other than the greater variety of kicks (many of them done poorly btw), ITF forms do not look better than Kukkiwon forms.

  • And I believe that yunn1981...what i said wasn't meant to be disrespectful to the sine wave practictioners it's just that when you're in a style that doesn't practice sine wave it looks very different. That's all i meant. Are you a sine wave practictioner?

  • Just started learning this pattern...it's pretty cool. Yoo-Sin is where it's at for me though.

  • Nice pattern...I have to do this one for my 4the Dan next month

  • I agree with you stryped2131 that. I enjoy watching them but i would also like to see other styles of TaeKwon-Do broadcast on youtube as well.

  • There are a lot of ITF martial artists here on youtube executing patterns. I am a 3rd Dan martial artist in the system of TaeKwon-Do that executes the same patterns but without all the bouncing up and down body movement. We focus of speed, power and proper execution of techniques and stances.

  • Same here....I see alot of different TKD Hyungs on youtube...many of them having the bouncing in them....its has alot to do with different variations of TKD...I also see alot of rude ignorent comments made on all kinds of martial arts videos...shows some who make em don't know what the martial arts are all about.....not saying yours was rude...just stating a fact I see alot on here.....we as martial artiest should build each other up ...not try and prove who or whos system is better!!!

  • people who do the bouncy stuff also focus on the speed, power and proper execution of technique and stances. Read the manual by Gen Choi, its all important!

  • This guy is very good at technique. I feel though that he moves a bit roboticly, which is common with the ITF of the last 10-20 years. Somehow they have lost the fluidity that used to make their patterns really stand apart from anything else. The whole point of utilizing the up and down motion (other than the theoretical added power) was to move in a natural (human) way. Not like a robot.

  • @droidsURlooking4 yes but some are better at it than others. The sine is meant to not only allow you to generate power for moves where youre in a static stance but it also is meant to help the transition into the next move. Some patterns involve combos and this is where the sine aids you. Power comes from the core and theres a number of people on here that dont utilise that power. Their techniques look sharp but dont have any real power in them.

  • thanks for the vid. im using it to help learn my 3rd dan tuls. i thinks this guys all-round technique is superb! -but i feel its watered down for tournament use (the reverse-turning kicks were nearly unrecognisable...)

  • Hello sabon nim Suska, is great in performance. Saludos de Buenos Aires, Argentina.-

  • friendly note,

    sabom* nim :)

  • this is a great pattern

  • his pattern mostly i take for my revision

  • Too bad it doesn't look powerful. It looks really smooth, but where is the power? TKD is about generating maximum power in each technique. This guy is only stretching his legs when he kicks. Too bad.

  • I think it was seminar or training camp, so he was trainig all day. It should be very exhausting, so that's why his techniques weren't so powerful.

  • I see, well that explains a lot. I know that such seminars can be exhausting.

  • look at his Moon-moo tul..U will se power and technique...

  • i agree with silencer 116

i left a comment on another vid of his saying the exact same thing. im not saying hes not good, but he needs more power

  • but we shpould respect him,,i heard that he is really great in tul and win alot

  • Many non-martialartist don't seem to realize that there are those who put everything into each move in every pattern. It gets exausting to keep up a full max pace all the way up to the blackbelt patterns. If this guy had used all of his power through out all of his patterns before this one, then he is most likly giving all that he has left in this pattern that we all see hear. As for the recording, who's to say that he even knew that he was being recorded as focus as he is?

  • this would be the blackbelt form?

  • This would be a blackbelt 3.Dan form yes.

  • thank you. i'm just trying 2 equate all the ITF forms to their WTF counterparts. These are really dynamic by the way.

  • @trulshotvedt I have been taking martial arts for a very long time and I have seen many forms done and This Master is amoung the best I've ever seen.

  • it'll be so hard for me to memorize that pattern...

  • very good!

In turning heel, it should be nailed few seconds?

    Bye!

  • nice video,

i like to do mine a little faster,

    but great concentration
