  • wow you have also tilapia in your country and they are big as the tilapia in our country philipines but we us airgun insted of bow and arrow. i have uploaded some videos if you want to see just type in hnting tilapia using airgun. belive me you hap to try it post a comment if you have some question thnk's

  • @zapdeathclaw I saw your videos, please make a video that shows the airgun setup and how it works.

    Thanks

  • Good Job!!!

  • Malaysia probably has more tilapia than the U.S. Tilapia are an Asian species that was introduced into the United States, most likely by accident. Since they are a non-native species, most states, if not all, have no limit on Tilapia. As for draw weight, a buddy of mine who is a great bowfisherman, shoots as little as 20 lbs. on the draw. Shoot a manageable weight that won't fatigue you. I wouldn't go above 30 lbs unless you're going after alligator gar or shooting in really deep water.

  • Nice size tilapias. they're good to eat too.

    thanks.

  • nice

  • huge tilapia nice vid man 65 stars

  • very cool video , I like seeing you guys bringing a Little guy along . I lived in kissimmee for a few yrs ,now we moved over to port richey , my 12 yr old and me try to get out speering Talapia a few times a year . We like to go down to lake Ishtapokta ( by sebring ) . anyway great job I think I might video our next frog/ talapia giggin adventure

  • @superplumber2000

amazing that u caught talapia there, in malaysia it

can be found in the market , it become commercial

and your are caring father too ....hehehe

  • i agree with all of you anti peta guys...i mean these nile perch are killing our florida bass..i live in florida to and i went out fishing for them today and got about twelve 4 1/2 pounders..kill them all

  • Man wish we had Tilapia in Ohio must be a heck of a fish fry!

  • i am getting a mathews reezen 40-50 draw and mostly for carp will it work?

  • should work good , if you get too heavy of a draw you bury your arrow so deep its hard to extract. My bud mistook a log for a fish and stuck it and wrecked his 12 dollar arrow!! mathews reezen will be top notch! good luck.

  • aight thanks and keep an eye for my carp videos and i know i picked up the reezen and knew instantly that was the bow

  • i want to get into bowfishing what is the draw wieght on your bow?

  • keep it simple. a recurve and a tomatoe can.. 30 pound draw minimum. compound bows, releases, sights etc. just make it complicated.

  • i am getting a mathews reezen with 40-50 pound draw and was wondering if that would work what is the max for carp

  • Now if you are takeing long shots you may want more draw, but most shots are only about 15 to 20 feet for that 30 to 40 LBS is perfect.

  • @tonystorino there is no max heck people shoot them with 150 pound cross bow but 35 to 60 would work good with you

  • You dont want it to strong or the arrow goes all the way through the fish and takes time to get out, you only need about 30LBS

  • this is what fishing is really about! :D

  • what is the draw on that bow.

  • Nile Perch and Tilapia are two completely different species of fish.

  • Yes you are right, but the slang name for these fish is Nile perch, some people dont know what the hell they are.

  • @frfighter25 Are they an introduced species?

  • That's a cool video man! Congrats on good video editing too! -Tony

  • Yes they were weighed 5lbs

  • were thise actually weighed because they look more like 2-3 lbs to me?
