Would you teach me the piano like in the jane campion's film ?

    :-)

  • was there any point in notating this?

  • Good approach and presentation.. On a scale of 1 to 10 Good approach and presentation.. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it an 8.5 - 8.8, which is very good..

However, if there was less talking and more playing, the video would have been more effective.

  • I LOVE YOU! Thanks for doing this!

  • right hands not the problem adding the left hand now thats tough

  • quiero estudiar con vos

  • verry handfull tip..thank s alot.

  • Incredible tune! If there is anyway you could go through the lessons and number them in the title that would help a lot of keyboard players. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You're a smokin player!

  • how do you get these in order?

  • exactly what im confused about.

  • I don't know if it's a problem with my mac or what but the sound gets cut every couple of seconds

  • It's a problem with your mac, mines fine.

  • good

  • you have right hand like birds .

  • Shut up you horrible mouth, you are the Motherfuker number one with your own comment! If you disagree, don´t have to insult people with good hearts.

  • for music its not enough just heart :)!

  • yeah....for the Alamo!

  • This are super piano lessons, thank you man,5 stars from me!

  • Sorry for the confusion. This isn't about the chords, it's about pitches in the key you're playing in. The "Five" when in the key of C is "G" and the "Flat 7" when in the key of C is "Bb". If anyone is interested, I have a PDF of the music. Just message me, and I'll send it to you.

  • willthepill--the flat 7th is the same thing as the dominant 7th. You don't sharp a flat seventh to get a major chord, you fuck-tard--you flat a major 7th to get a dominant. Learn some music theory before you spout off, idiot.

  • lol. you gave it to him, the asshole!

  • I agree, learn some theory, that is jazz theory which is different from classical.

Incidentally, when you flat the 7th of for example C MAJ, that chord obtained, in jazz in called C7

  • I didn't get it either, is he talking about C flat 7?

  • sorry, now I get it

  • flat seven?!!! what the fuck!!!!!!! You mean the seven? Its either a major seven, or a seven. Your tremolo needs work before you teach it.

  • yeh he says its all in the wrists then goes on to use his fingers i mean wtf lol

  • Relax. It's not either a "major seven" or a "seven." The seventh of a major chord is major. It is a "major seventh." If you want a chord like C-E-G-Bb, you have to flatten the seventh. That chord is called a dominant seventh and contains a flat seven.

  • what ever you wanna call him, his right :)

  • Well, the problem is only so much explanation about the techniques, it colud be better if he'd play more than it. Though I appreciated it.
