beautiful work ladies!!!! she looks so much like our Vizsla who was rescued from abandonment by one of my boys and now she is a happy dog that sleeps inside the house and also gained weight!!! she was thin to the bone poor doggie (Canela is her name). We bought one of those kiddie pools and used that to bathe our dog. It works pretty well, and you don't have to worry about a big mess in the house.

Nothing like trying to bathe a dog that isn't used to the tub. It is easier with a smaller dog. It is times like that you understand sometimes it is best to pay a groomer. With lots of love and affection, she should be ok with the tub soon.

Hi, It is a big work to bathe a large dog, I was at my sister's on ce and we bathed her black labrador outside with the garden hose and her boyfriend thought he'd be funny and he put music on and the dog went running and I fell and had a big cut, he said, Oh, I'm sorry Ididn't know I said well now you do ahaha Women R smarter than men lol

Tally looks too scared to take the big jump into the tub. How old is she? My dog is 10 and he does not like to attemp the jump anymore. I lift him into the tub, all 70 pounds of him. I have a Basset Hound. I hope I don't get a hernia. lol Give Tally a hug, she looks like she is about 14 years to me. Barb.

Way I get it done is take a shower with them (they're smaller than Tally) hand 'em off to Scott & he towel dries, while I do the other one...I figure no matter what I do, I'm gonna get drenched...

Next time you might want to put a towel for her to stand on. That was probable her problem in getting in. I used to have BIG dogs and they seem to not like the feel of their feet on the tub surface. Now I have chihuahuas, they can just be tossed in without much fuss. :D
