@ttoommssmmiitthh Female characters are overall better in Fallout 3. If you pick the Black Widow Perk then you do 10% more damage on Male Characters plus you get useful new dialogue options towards men. There are a lot more men in Fallout 3 than women.

Plus, all in all, I'd rather dress up a girl over a guy any day.

if u have operation anchorage then yes if not other then that glitch no and u have be at the point in the game were the project purity thing is being captured by the enclave then enclave soliders will start showing up, kill 1 and take the suit

I completely agree with you. Sexual Demorphisim is so prevalent in modern gaming. I blew a helicopter up before. With the protectron's gaze. I remember having to load up saves at least three times in order to blow it. When it did it killed the two enclave soldiers and did about 1/4 damage of the health of the sentry bot.

you get the armor from an enclave soldier and learn to wear it from the instructor at the Brotherhood of Steel Citidel. You can get any follower(such as Clover from Paradise Falls) and they can automatically wear it if you put the armor in their inventory. NOTE: do not give followers stimpaks or ammo, they don't use it.

i never used jericho, but i just assumed you could choose "lets trade equipment" in the dialogue, and give him stuff? its also helpful to give him extra things so you arent carrying so much weight. he will use the best weapon he has if its the same as the other followers. but if he has a weapon from you, you need to keep him stocked with ammo. if he uses his own weapon, he has unlimited ammo

i think its because a lot of perks are dependant on what kind of character you are. i could never get any of the perks that are for hand to hand combat because i didnt put any points into it.

you have to get over 20, or 30, 40, or whatever in a certain skill to be able to unlock all the perks.

and you can never get them all in one game, because you only get to level 20 anyway.

well, level 30 if you get broken steel, but you get my point

the higher your luck the more likely he is to show up. Like most perks the the usefulness depends on how you play the game. So if you use VATS enough, decent amount of luck, and you have a partner it may prove beneficial. Though it can take away from any grim reaper sprint kill you would have gotten.

yes and no. Each karma level has two types of followers. One that only stays with you as long as your karma stays at a certain level. The other is the type that sticks with you even after your karam rises or drops

UNTIL you fire them or go to an area they can't (examples: the Pitt/Point LookOut) once fired you can only get those followers by getting to the appropriate Karma level first. Palidin and butch are examples of followers who only stick with you by maintaining a certain Karma level. Fawks, RL-3, and Clover are examples of people who stick with you AFTER your karma level changes. Unsure about Jericho cause i accidentally got him permanently killed =P

who me? No i was to lazy to explore and find tennpenny tower right away. Nah jericho got jumped by 6 regulators and 6 supermutants over by this jet crash site near The hospital and right next to that hotel rileys rangers were trapped on. I ran past them cause i didn't feel like fighting and wanted to explore the sewer beneath the site. Figured him and dogmeat would follow....only dogmeat and i survived. Unfortinately i saved over the file when he was till alive so yah i just got clover instead.

i dont think you can get enclave followers, can you? you can give your other followers enclave armour (which you just search an enclave body for), and if its better than the armour they have they will wear it
