As a respiratory therapist so this program is very interesting, I suspect that many are on the verge of partial if not close to full blown pulmonary edema up there. That being the exhibtion of coughing of edema fliud, audible rales but without those obvious signs how can one know, pulse oximetry trending is probably the best way. But even with a 'semi' normalized spo2 at altitude you can be in trouble and heading into more issues. .
