Out side of Volgograd (Stalingrad) there is this field. As Donaven Webster (Historian) arrives to this field you can spot a white figure on the ground, as he looks closer he realizes its a bone. A human bone. Then he starts to look around and he sees these bones everywhere, all the way up to the horizon. This place is called a "Bone field" it is 30 miles long and 20 miles deep.
That is what is left of Hitlers 6th army, it is a monument reminding us of the cost of evil.
my grandfather is still alive and he survived WW2 and survived attacks (he was out of range) those japanese!!! no offence japan, YOU ALMOST KILLED MY GRANDPA LOOSERS WHO FOUGHT MY GRANDPA IN WW2!!! thanku others for inventing manga
@SvalbardJanMayen1976 Very ignorant comment. No one CHOSE a death camp. A fat ass CHOSE to stuff that cheese burger in their face that causes obesity and inevitable death.
Dojocho um I think that you have no dick! Peace on earth is no fucking fun when I get older u want to kill thousands of Nazis and japan people the will give me the meddle of honor for most kills of japan people in a second bitch oh and did I say that you have no um dick??
Its like you could walk by these places and look directly at them, and have no idea the history that happened there. As if every place, has a thousand secrets, and they do. And each of these past snapshots is just one of those, who knows how many more have happened at every place you look at. A thing that has happened there, a person that has been there, what drama unfolded there. Even by the side of a highway, someone may have been in a life and death struggle in the grass and lost.
Lot of talk about a "song". I don't rear any songs, just some great orchestral music I wish somebody would identify. Also wish the pictures wouldn't move so fast.
if the future could be seen i guess the war might have never took place awesome pics and history and i must commend ur dad @azaze187 he was really spared by the grace of God and instinct and bravery may his soul rest in perfect peace he fought for the world and he is the reason we are alive he is really a hero lol
This is amazing, very nice work. A world gone mad it was. It's nice to see the human spirit, for all it's flaws, finds a way to fix what we once broke. Now to 'unbreak' the middle-east. Still pondering a fix for that one...
God... Imagine how akward the thought of actually decorating one of those buildings for the Nazi army? "Hmm... I think I'll hang a couple of flags here... And maybe one over there... Yeah it's gonna look nice. I hope Hitler will like his new office."
@SayWhatoO Its amazing today how Hitler is denounce by the German people. But a lot of their country's culture mirrors the rules that Hilter allowed. I'm new in Germany for the past year and I see some of the same things that people denounce.
I have a few German neighbors (young) that still exhibit hate... no dislike towards other countries (Poland, Holland, UK, France and Russian) people. Claiming that they are low lifes
@SayWhatoO And not worth knowing. And then when I meet a Pols, Russians or Brits I see the German's were false in their opinions. Think about Handicap people, I was informed that those people are cared for in other means. But if you have a small child and he/she is handicap... Would you put her/him in a home/center/facility to be cared for? I hear my neighbors downgrade African-Americans and even Jews today. The hate phenomena did not die at the end of WWII.
is 2:10-2:17, the building then the tank in front, that looks like a building in Bamberg germany I use to walk by alot.. its across the street or on the street of the bamberg army barracks.. ? anyone know :) would love to find out :)
My Ex girlfriend went to auschwitz 20 years ago as part of a Trip to Europe.
she briught back many pictures of the deathcamp. It was awful what happened there.
What other German buildings and contructs remain to this day that the Nazis used to take over the World ? If they had only stopped at France or Poland. They should have known that Rapid conquest cannot account for unseen Variables. They were destined to Fail. I thought they were Superior ?
Here is a little constructive criticism: Perhaps a caption at the bottom of each one, explaining what it is? Then too, you could linger a bit longer, to take in the details.

A superb video ! I have about 500 black and white photos taken by my father (Captain, U.S. Army Military Police) during the war in Europe. They are mainly dealing with the Bulge, the Ardennes, liberated Belgium, railroad destruction, and death camps. I plan to make my first tour of the area this spring. I wonder how many "then and now" matches I can come up with. BTW, great musical score, too.
