  • so did the pulley tear up the belt ?

  • ok, how about tooth profile? is it acurate? what kind of timing belt - T2,5? T5? or what?

  • why 720 step per in the motor tunning for the A axis?

    I´m confused too

  • Technically it's .01666666666666666666666666667

4 decimal places is more than accurate enough.

    Just divide 1.000/60.

  • I'm Confused? .0167 for the 1st tooth then you said you doubled it to get .0333. My math says .0334. Is the .0167 really .01665 or does it not really matter if you make that up in the next tooth cut?

  • Actually just a .078 2 flute HSS endmill

  • pls, can you tell me what kind of timing belt is this pulley for? are you using 2mm 2flute endmill only? how do you calculate stock diameter prior to teeth cutting?

  • @105bogus XL (.200 pitch) 3/8 wide belt

    .078 endmill

look up pulley size at sdp/si dot c o m it will give the pitch diameter

  • pls once again web address, i can't get it:D:D

  • Are you using a regular endmill? or is this some kind of special cutter?
