So Russia were to be the second after Japan. But there was a period called Caribian crisis. It is another story.

На правом берегу, проект называется "Газпром-сити"(новое название Охта-центр).

Что говорит Путин не в курсе, но, видимо, не без его ведома это делается, по тв идет социальная реклама, где деятели культуры говорят что типа "как здорово что у нас будет такое чудо".

Чудо представляет собой блестящую кукурузу 300 метров в высоту.

Там уже за биржей построили здание бизнес-центра, которое убило всю панораму стрелки ВО. Т.е. тот самый, знаменитый, открыточный вид на заячий остров и окрестности испорчен, теперь там какая то пластиково-стеклянная фигня сзади красуется.

St Petersburg is a very good city to visit. Peter the Great did a mighty job building the city up with the power of a whole empire behind him. The major problem is the skin-heads. Being xenephobic will not make Russia strong. 1500 cases of beating foreigners a year just shows how pathetic the Russians are, including the lenient politicians & the police!
