Melbourne is the capital of everything in Australia, except for being the capital of Australia (even though it is the first capital of Australia). Melbourne is a nicer place, but this needed to be done at flinders street station or something bigger.

@TheBIGJOHNNYY and Melbourne was NEVER the first capital of Australia.... you guys always say this.. where did this come from..... your local media has brain washed melbournians into thinking alot of things,which is not true.... and in1901.. the original act said Melbourne will be a seat until the capital territory is formed, which must be located 2 hours from Sydney.... (this was the very act passed in 1901) so Melbourne was never actually made capital... it just used the parliment building
