I remember hermosa bathhouse building when Gary Mcdaniels now named Chuck dukowski and his band "Wurm" roomed with a band called "Panic" who singer Keith became the singer on the Circle Jerks.One night they had a blowut Party and Punk bands started showing up such as the Germs and the Babies even Bobbie Penn was there,Joan Jett as well. I remember that Baces Hall show real well. Also the premiere of Decline of Western Civ. The cops just beat us up for the fun of it. At least back then, journalists would report police brutality. These days there is so much more brutality, what was brutal back then is nothing compared to today. The G20 in Pittsburgh was ridiculous. I distinctly remember this era. It was prior to "new Wave". By 84, there were no gig riots. Late 70`s to early 80`s, it was the norm.
