Thank you! If you can't find actual gumpaste then you can just make your own by mixing fondant with tylose powder (a.k.a. gum tracaganth or CMC). Look up Aine2 here on youtube and you'll find she has an awesome tutorial that teaches you how to make it. :) Glad you liked this cake! :)

THANK YOU! I had to use a truck because there's no way this thing fit in my car! I tried! LOL! I had to get my cousin to carry it because it was HEAVY! Very nerve racking! :) No box, it was too big.

Hi Rafael! Thank you so much! I will definitely try to put up some tutorials in the future when time permits! You can airbrush a cake just like you airbrush a car or a Harley! :) LOL! Gumpaste is icing with some chemical mixed into it that makes it hard so that you can sculpt stuff out of it. Like the Willy Wonka hat! :) Talk to you soon and thanks! :)

I agree with Rylan ! This is an awesome whimsical cake ! LOVE the small details and how the whole thing is pulled together - i love how crazy you went with the decorating..wouldnt be willie wonka if it was simple :) LOVE the candy swirls- how in the world did u do that??!!

Thanks amiga! Those candy swirls were so fun to make! If you're talking about the curly ones. I just let the gumpaste dry like that then hand painted them. If you're talking about the lollipop looking ones, it's just a candy mold I bought at a craft store and hand painted those too! :)
