I cannot stand that insecure cad Richard Benjamin in this. He's awful. Still this is a fashionable, hip movie (I remember the looks of those times) and Alice Cooper sort of takes the movie over the top. And Frank Langella....whoa give me some of that! Really Cool!

Oh Wow. I saw this movie on TV years ago and never knew the name of it. I knew The Alice Cooper band had a credit at the end. It's been driving me nuts since I was 14. Now I can rest.

And before the Steppenwolf version, there was the original by Mars Bonfire which was on his one and only solo album.

I'm sure it's the Mars version that the Cooper Band is doing since the Wolf version didn't come out til 1971.

Well it's basically their take on the song, you can tell the lyrics to the song are much different than the Stepponwolf version. Also Mars wrote the song for Steppenwolf.
