Sure, what you do is put a bunch of tatooes on the leg you want to be a different color. Pick all of the really big tatooes because they will cover more of the leg. Then you can put belts to hide the top part that doesn't get covered. This only works on Xbox 360 though because xbox has the most available layers and you'll need a good amount to do it.
