Yes they do scream, I've worked at town hall last year for a couple months under Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal with the rest of the kitchen crew. Definitely a loud and very tough environment to work in under pressure. Mitch and Steven can be pretty rough sometimes but they r the owners, my best advice to anyone else who wants to consider working in their kitchen is STAND YOUR GROUND and DON'T BE INTIMIDATED by their appearance otherwise you will get picked to shreds.

i work for them at postrio 10 years no problems with them i also work 5 years at town hall i miss to work for them i was the butcher did you work for them or how you know that they scream

Too bad it's loud. Who really want's to spend their hard earned money at some place to hear bothersome screaming jerks who don't know how to behave and respect others beside them. Fun is fun but loud is just totally annoying.The food looks great though.
