A good way to prove it to them is to mark numbers or letters surrounding your PSI wheel, and put a dot on one corner of the wheel. Once you have enough control, you're able to really show them you can land anywhere...dismissing the whole "heat" explanation. We both did it together and our friends were so shocked haha. Nice tips too :D

The first thing you really need to do is realize that you're living in a holographic world and anything is possible when our thoughts come into action. That's the first step to this. First off, this is a very easy PRACTICE, what people use when they are first starting TK and getting used to making PSI balls and feeling the QI or energy which courses through all things. you need a type of energy to do telekinesis.
and as heat being an energy, therefore it must be telekinesis, right?

yes you can move objects side to side but now move on and go to levitation or ability to lift objects with the mind you must first realize nothing is real its a singularity not a reality like a hologram sort of you are not here nothing is your merely a projector days of meditation is required thank you this video is great demonstration

Lol I just tried doing this for a laugh, got a sticky note and a screw, put something over my mouth and nose and tried it...
Well for the first 20secs I was bored off my face I have to admit.. But after 5mins, the note moved.. 3 mins later it moved fast :))

omg!!! thank you!! this helped me alot!! :) although, i had to improvise so i used small cup to stand a colored pencil in it, then folded a piece of paper on top of the pencil. I moved the paper side to side!!! lots of times!!!! :D thank you for the tips!!! :)

Wow every one of these videos on youtube has a different method to do this, and most of them are fake or wrong. The first thing you really need to do is realize that you're living in a holographic world and anything is possible when our thoughts come into action. That's the first step to this. Then an understanding of oneness and unconditional love by meditation and then this should be years later. This kind of thing doesn't happen this fast in reality unless you totally understand the universe

you didn't use telekinesis to move the paper anyone can do that if they get a pin and paper fold the paper four times, open it up put it on the pin, then rub your hands together for a while untill they are warm them put your hands on either sides of the paper. it will move because of the heat coming of your hands. its like put your hands over a radiator you can fell the heat coming off, can't you? well that is what pushes the paper.

technically even touching thing could be telokenisis, scientists say thst when you touch things that you really dont touch them your energy fields touch. if you actually did touch you would bind to the object.

First off, this is a very easy PRACTICE, what people use when they are first starting TK and getting used to making PSI balls and feeling the QI or energy which courses through all things. I see this as a drill to get better at feeling energy, but I don't see this as TK. Try making a pen roll with your mind, or maybe push a piece of paper, even a very small piece.

I always have been able to see the energy. I believe it's a magnetic field of sorts.. the problem is condensing and concentrating/ getting it to move in the direction I desire

I figured out, that if you blow air straight from your mouth and not show the mouth on the video, you will achieve the same result :-) Im not psychic, Im just realistic. Anyways meditation is great :-)

The reason you cant see my mounth is because I have a cap covering it so that is impossibe to have any air flow from my mouth.

No I meant I did it in my dreams. I didn't even think about it at all. Everytime when I dream of myself playing with my friends, I show off trying to do telekinesis. Like it wasn't a dream at all. Even if I was being chased by a zombie I moved them away with my mind. It was easy.

If I practice this, I will never have to pick up any darn thing that I drop again, which is good because sometimes I'm to lazy to bend over and pick something up. If I ever do this right and get good at it, I will try to lift up cars and shit.
