You could always use hexanitrodiphenylamine instead of baking soda, though you would need to double the "Cooking" time.

With this method you could replace the salt with sugar, add a little sodium hypochlorite and the "Uncooked" paste makes a delicious topping to sweet snacks such as cakes or can be eaten directly from the container.
