I don't know about "hot", but she is super cute-- and in most videos quite spontaneous and funny.

You should go check out more videos with her. Her name is "Tsugunaga Momoko". She is a singer in two groups and has done a couple musicals and hours and hours of random videos.

I love how Momo misspoke in her personal appeal.　However, as long as the audition is going to be advertised on YouTube, why not make it possible to enter via YouTube as well? Just have candidates "Post a Video Response" with their audition video.

As long as you have a good pronunciation and are able to speak the way the people in Tokyo would do(No accents allowed for voice acting), which I have no problem with :3
