Increasingly struggling with a slice over past 2 months this great vid helped me with the most basic faults I overlooked: grip and swing plane. Result: I was on Fire at the range today!
Just been down the range to practise your tips, for me the part about where the club needs to be in my hand was bang on. Instead of the being the world's biggest slicer (not something I'm proud of) I was straight almost every time. Even managed one small draw! The bad shots I hit were small fades, only going 20yards or so off-line.
Do you bring the club to the inside so you can hit out? Does that make it a flat backswing when I take club straight back I tend to slice the ball but when I go around feeling like I'm taking it ot the inside it does hook quite a bit and the back swing is very flat
Hey, Love your vid(s). I just started golfing and i noticed that i do NOT Release properly or at all, so im gonna give this a try.. Are there any other tips that i may be forgetting besides stance, pararrel alignment, etc?
Thanks for this vid - I am looking forward to trying the tips. I am new to the game and although I am hitting it 200+ yard with the driver it always slices massively off. At the driving range I actually hit the boundary fence every time which is a good 50 yards from the line I want it to hit down.
Make sure you are getting your weight through on the way down into impact. Start your downswing by driving your right knee towards your left knee to promote a good weigh transfer into the ball. That will launch your shots lower.

I've got a problem with my left wrist cupping at the top of my back swing. Do you have any tip on correcting this?

Watch the slicers check list and tell me if it helps you hit the ball straighter.

Nice check list for me! The elbow-thingy in the end is something I must try on the range. :D
BTW, does your shop ship items to Finland? (northern europe)
