As for the flag and the UTTER DISREGARD shown it, here in Niagara Falls, I can write volumes!! Just two weeks ago I met with the City Administrator, questioning the display of the CANADIAN FLAGS INSIDE CITY HALL!! Not just one, THREE OF THEM!!

I was told that we have a "hands across the border" agreement with Canada, and this the reason why these are here!

Never mind that the Canadian flag is displayed EVERYWHERE IN THIS CITY!! The State Park, the entrance to the City of Niagara Falls, and anywhere else that you can name!!

Well, so we have an agreement? This means the same treatment should be reciprocated, right? WRONG!!

One WILL NOT SEE OLD GLORY flying on any City or Provincial government site, ANYWHERE IN ONTARIO, CANADA!!

In exchange for it we have TRASH STREWN ALL OVER, for Canadians are not allowed to bring more than some$100.00 from USA, and so, you will find merchandise being smuggled in on their bodies, the wrappings, boxes, bags being discarded unceremoniously along the highways!!

Because our dollar had fallen, the malls necessitated hire more employees,... JUST TO TAKE CARE OF THE TRASH STREWN ABOUT the mall in in the parking lots! They, LITERALLY, take off their old shoes and leave them around!!

I agree with you about what President Bush said about the pope. This message exposed the corruption in our government and while America has problems we have always help the defeated to recover and sent aid those suffering from natural disasters. What has your country done in that regard?
