It's just an Arabic word. Arab Christians call Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) "Allah". The difference is what meaning people put in this word. For Christians it's Jesus (PBUH), for Muslims it's only one God, Who has no partners, no competitors, which has no beginning and no end, didn't beget nor was begotten..
